And will pay you $500 if you bring us the buyer that buys our home. 

Also if you tell your friends that this home is for sale and they bring us a buyer, we will pay you $250 and your friend the $500. 

Or If you tell a friend who tells a friend who brings the buyer then you get $125, next friend $250, and friends friend $500. 

All you have to do is just tell us that the buyer wants to know more about the home by email or phone and we will do the rest.  Or when buyer contacts us they tell us (and we will be asking) who told them about the home or what reference number is on the flyer you put up and you will get the reward if that buyer does complete the purchase.

Likewise if it is your friend that you told that brings in the buyer and you have advised us who you have told about this offer, then you will get $250 reward.  et cetera for next level.

All you have to do is get the word out, and document that you did. You don't have to do anything more.  In fact:
